We aim to deliver your oysters, pearls or accessories within 3-7 working days.
Delivery to Mainland UK (England, Wales and Southern Scotland) is FREE as standard.
Although, remote areas such as Scottish Highlands and Offshore Islands may incur an additional charge. For areas not included within our free standard delivery option, please contact us with your details and order requirement and we will provide a custom delivery quotation.
Your order will be lovingly and securely packed in a cardboard box, then packaged within a plain postage bag with no indication of what’s inside (perfect for if you’re ordering them as a present for someone living at the same address) and posted via Royal Mail or MyHermes courier service.
All deliveries will require a signature. Tracking details will be emailed to you upon dispatch of your order so that you may estimate an arrival date via the courier’s website. Unfortunately, we cannot specify a guaranteed delivery date.
If you have changed your mind about the product you have brought, then you may return it, providing the following terms are met:
- The goods must be unused and in their original new state.
- The goods must be in their original packaging.
- Products which are delivered vacuum sealed must not have been opened.
- The goods must be received back within 14 days from the day you received them.
The buyer will be liable for return postage costs, which is non-refundable.
If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods and offer no refund or exchange.
